Apple Pay	Tap “Wallet”, which is preloaded on all Apple devices. Tap + and follow the onscreen steps to add a new card. You may need to call us to have Wallet activated.
Google Pay	Download the Google Pay App from the App Store or Google Play Store. Follow the onscreen steps to add a new card. Then call us to have Wallet activated.
Samsung Pay	Download the Samsung Pay App from the Google Play Store. Follow the onscreen steps to add a new card. Then call us to have Wallet activated.

Q: What are Digital Wallets?

A: Digital Wallets are digital versions of your debit cards stored in an app on your mobile device. For added protection, your card number and personal information are not stored on the mobile device.

Q: Are Digital Wallets safe to use?

A: Yes, Digital Wallets provide several layers of security that protect against fraud, but there are no payment methods that are 100% safe from fraud.

Q: Is there a fee to use Digital Wallets?

A: No.

Q: What are the benefits of using a Digital Wallet?

A: Convenience – you don’t have to worry about having your card with you; and Security – the merchant does not receive the card number during the transaction; they are provided a one-time token to authorize the transaction.

Q: Can I have more than one debit card registered on a Digital Wallet?

A: Yes, you can add more than one debit card to your digital wallet.

Q: If I get a new phone, do I have to register my debit card again?

A: Yes, if you change phone, you must enroll your debit card again.

Q: Can I still use my physical WEPCO Mastercard debit for purchases?

A: Yes

Q: If I lose my mobile device, how do I deactivate the Digital Wallet on that device?

A: Contact us immediately so that we can deactivate your Mastercard debit card on Digital Wallet.
